At Christmas, the Palm Bay Salvation Army encourages low-income families to apply under their Angel Tree program. This initiative provides adopted families in the neighborhood with food, clothing, toys, and other presents.

All the kids who come to the celebration will receive a toy and a prize drawing for some extra cool stuff, too. There will be no ID checks at this event for low-income families. Flagler County’s former sergeant started Christmas With A Deputy in 2008 to assist families with low incomes in Flagler County and Bunnell to Palm Coast, including Flagler Beach, in celebrating the holiday season. Officers from the local police department select 100 needy families to bring shopping for holiday necessities.

13. Project Share
With Project Share, hundreds of low-income families have provided their children a happy Christmas. Children benefit from the generosity of local individuals, businesses, and groups by receiving food, new toys, clothing, or even gently used bicycles. - Proof of identification
- Confirmation of birth dates for every child in the home

The Giving Store is now open for business. From kindergarten through fifth grade, kids can visit the Giving Store to shop for free presents for their parents and siblings.

St. Thomas Episcopal Church offers free food baskets to low-income families in the spirit of the holidays. Each basket includes ham, or it could even be turkey with all the fixings.
