I Qualify How Do I Apply?

To apply for a Q Link phone, go to their website and fill out an online application.  Remember to provide proof of income or enrollment in a qualifying government program like SSI, Medicaid, WIC,  SNAP, etc.  You also may qualify if you work, but your income is at or below the Government Poverty Guideline.

What is Annual Recertification?

Annual recertification confirms that your financial status has not changed.  Lifeline recipients must recertify eligibility once a year to continue free services.  You will receive an e-mail and letter when it is time to recertify.  You have until December 31 to submit verification, or you will no longer be able to use your phone.
