The Make a Wish Foundation has been making dreams come true for many years. The child must be over the age of 2 1/2 and not older than 18 years old. The program helps maintain the connection between the parent and child. Just because someone is in jail, doesn't mean they don't care about their children. Receiving a gift in the name of their parent, reminds them they are not forgotten. The program is facilitated through thousands of churches. Inmates can request their children receive a gift.
